Where ever you are in life you will always need the stability of daily rhythms. Honestly I spent years avoiding building a rhythm thinking that I hated structure, when really I didn’t understand that gentle structure exists.
Understanding the seasons of the year, your feminine cycle, and the astrological calendar will help you find balance within the seasons of our planet and your life.
First things first, slow the **** down. I don’t know where you’re going but you’re not going to get there faster by running recklessly and bringing graspy, needy, fear lead energy to every encounter.
Healing your heart + calming your anxiety begins with intentionally living slow, learning to process hard feelings in the moment, and love yourself through it all because it will get harder before it gets easier.
