Daily Rhythms

Where ever you are in life you will always need the stability of daily rhythms. Honestly I spent years avoiding building a rhythm thinking that I hated structure, when really I didn’t understand that gentle structure exists.

Understanding the seasons of the year, your feminine cycle, and the astrological calendar will help you find balance within the seasons of our planet and your life.

First things first, slow the **** down. I don’t know where you’re going but you’re not going to get there faster by running recklessly and bringing graspy, needy, fear lead energy to every encounter.

Healing your heart + calming your anxiety begins with intentionally living slow, learning to process hard feelings in the moment, and love yourself through it all because it will get harder before it gets easier.

a morning rhythm

  • tea + supplements

  • feed dogs

  • sit outside with dogs

  • sunshine on your face

  • 5 minute meditation

  • wash face

  • brush teeth

  • brush hair

  • no phone until rhythm is completed

all day things

  • drinks 1-2 big waters

  • use your oils

  • say “I love you” to yourself in each moment

  • diffusers

  • 15 minute pick up

  • do 2 minute tasks when you think about them

  • 20 minutes of intentional movement

an evening rhythm

  • wash face

  • brush teeth

  • brush hair

  • sleepy oils

  • walk outside, breathe some fresh air, + say goodnight to the moon

  • no phone after 10:30pm

Consistency Compounds - commit to a 90 day consistency challenge to work your consistency muscle and build habits that support a life grounded in authenticity and freedom. Start by committing to waking up at the same time every day, then slowly add making a morning smoothie or sitting outside to drink your coffee. You will watch your life transform + these habits will no longer be alarm reminders in your phone but second nature habits that flow through your day to support your best self.
